Tutorial for a Cute Valentine's Day Pencil Boxes for Kids, Classroom Gifts

New pencils for school with a Valentine theme!

Here's a fun Valentine's Day treat that's "Sugar-Free" It's a cute box in a Valentine's Day theme that holds 4 Valentine pencils.  Such a fun gift for your kids to give their classmates on Valentine's Day!  For some reason kids just love getting pencils.  Turn a simple box into a cute pencil box for a cute gift. Super Simple to make, I promise!

We found these cute Valentine themed pencils at The Dollar Store....12 for $1.00.  That makes each pencil about 9 cents. You can get 4 boxes out of one sheet of a 12x12 piece of scrapbook paper. It's an inexpensive Valentine's Day Sugar Free gift for the kids.

We supply the tags that say "I love you" and "Be Mine" and you supply your favorite scrapbook paper and embellishments ( extra embellishments are optional)  We had so much fun making these up...Didn't want to stop at four boxes. Fun Fun Fun!!

If you love crafting, you're going to love making these pencil boxes and the kids will love getting them.  Once you know how to make the boxes you could use the idea for almost any holiday or event.

The tags on the pencil boxes & tutorial are available in our Etsy Shop.  Click HERE

A Pixy Stix That You Can Make Yourself? No Way! What a Fun Treat!

How fun is this? A recipe for Homemade Pixie Sticks or Pixie Sticks as they call them.  Do you cringe like I do watching the kids pour the "sugar" down their throat as they devour a pixie stick?  Here's a healthy alternative to that....well healthier.  Check out this post (Still some sugar)

I'd like to show you more photos but don't want to give away the big secret that is on the "Shindig Parties To Go" blog.   Brittany from Edible Details shows you how it's done.

Once you've made your own Pixy Stix come over and see how to make a darling Valentine's Day Treat we call "Cupid's Arrow" where the Pixy Stix is the primary ingredient.  See photos below and then click on the link for more info.

CLICK HERE to get all the Details on how to put these together!  We'll even do all the work for you!  (it's a kit)
