How about a homemade onion dip? This one is a sweet onion dip, only because they use Vidalia onion. I'm sold on that onion! In fact when they come in season and I can get them at my local Costco store I buy 2 or 3 bags, take them home and slice and chop them up into small pieces and some into onion rings and freeze them so I can have this sweet onion all year long.
