These 6 cupcake toppers and wraps are Super simple to put together....just need your favorite adhesive.....everything else is included, even Frankenstein, Pumpkin, Spider and Spider Web, Mummy, Dracula and a Bat, straw and cupcake wrap. 
You can place the circle anywhere you want on the straw.




Each kit contains 6 scalloped wraps in black
