Fabulous Teacher Appreciation Gift Ideas | Tags, Labels and Fun Packaging Ideas

It's time to let your children's teacher just how much you appreciate all they've done throughout this school year. (and you know how hard their job is)  We've designed some tags and labels and have given you some fun ideas for packaging your Teacher Appreciation gifts. We tried to make it super simple because you're a very busy person yourself!

If you're a baker then make up some of your cookies everyone raves about and place inside a jar for teacher. You could put a package of Oreos in a jar too.  (Everything doesn't have to be home baked!)

This tag also says "Thanks Teacher" We got these glass jars at Hobby Lobby.

Add a backing of your favorite scrapbook paper to the labels for an added pop of color.  We used a edge punch to add the embellishment on top and /or bottom of the label.  CLICK HERE to get this label

Teachers are "Smart Cookies" and so this is just a message to let teacher know that you know she's a "Smart Cookie" To make it even easier, just put a ribbon and a tag on your favorite store bought cookies. I'm sure teacher will love them too. CLICK HERE to get these tags

Mmmm....Chocolate cookies!

These containers are available at Pebbles In My Pocket (Orem Store)

What teacher doesn't need hand soap? 9 months is a long time to supply their own hand soap. Personally, I'm happy to know that teachers have the kids wash their hands throughout the day.  If you act fast you can get these wonderful smelling bottles of hand soap at JoAnn's Craft stores for only $1.00 each and if you have a coupon then you could get them for 60 cents!

We are also including some round tags....Sometimes you just want a ROUND TAG. We printed on white card stock, punched them out using round or scalloped paper punches and attached the tag with round adhesive tabs. (some call them dimensionals)

We inked the edges of the right tag.

We punched out the tags using scalloped and round punches and then cut out a larger sized piece for the back and put them together. It's fun to match the tag color to your gift.  The hand soap pictured here are only $1.00 from JoAnn's craft stores. My store has quite a few there so hurry over and pick up some and be sure to take your coupons so you can get them for even less.

If anyone deserves hugs it's your children's teacher.  They really do a lot for the kids through the school year.  Best of all......you don't have to bake anything. Just fill a bottle (could be a glass canning bottle) with Hershey Hugs and add the label!

Hershey Hugs are soooo Yummy!!!!

Instead of a label you can attach one of these tags to your Teacher Appreciation Gift and write your child's name on the back of the tag.
