Black and orange premium cardstock plus ghost designs are used on this treat box. Would make the a perfect party favor too, 

Since you fill it with wrapped candy you can definitely use this for the classroom treats.

The back flap is only attached using a small foam dot so it is easy to open.

Valentine's Day Treat-Cupid's Arrow with Pixy Stix Candy-So much fun for Classroom Treats or Party Favors

Valentine's Day is right around the corner and I'm sure you want the perfect treat for your kids to take to school.....one that their classmates will remember and love and one that will be easy for you to make.  These Cupid's Arrow treats are so easy to put together. It will take no time at all.  It's a kit where you will have everything you need to make these except the pixy stix candies.

Here's a closeup of the feather. Just slip the Pixy Stix through the openings. We use premium cardstock and twine to make up this kit.  You can find a package of Pixy Stix candies everywhere and for as little as $1.00. Check out the dollar store or your local Shopko for a good price.

Use  a glue dot, glue or glue strips to adhere the arrows to the bottom of the Pixy Stix.

Halloween - Smiling Jack Party Favors & Treat Boxes-Jack-o-Lanterns & Pumpkins

Are you hosting a Halloween party this year at home or at school? We've got just the party favor/treat box!  These cute treat boxes are great for adult AND kid parties.  I love how happy the jack-o-lantern looks….it's definitely a friendly party treat. It's also the perfect tag for the first day of school. Some may be worried about school and how they may do and this will be a positive way to remind them that they will do GREAT!

These labels are designed for a 2" round paper punch.  Then use a very small paper punch to put two holes in the top of each circle. Thread your twine through it and around the plastic bag of your choice and tie a bow.  That's all there is to it. You could also use yarn or string. Fill the bag with enough treats for your little ones or extra Smarties to share with their friends at school.  Perfect for any day but especially on test day. 

The TAGS come in orange, green, yellow, blue, red and purple. 

I used pretzels bags which are available at any craft store.

  Look in the cake decorating department in your local craft store for

 small clear bags.  You can get a package of 25 Smarties from the dollar store.

Valentine's Day Teacher Appreciation Chocolate Pencil & Tags (Rolos & Hershey Kisses)

A chocolate candy pencil is such  a fun Valentine's Day Gift for a Teacher Appreciation gift.  We've just made it even easier to put this together.....our Valentine's day themed pencil wraps are all one piece. No more buying scrapbook paper, measuring and cutting the different pieces and then putting it together. You could add a strip of aluminum foil around the top as we've done but that's totally optional as underneath there is already a grey colored strip.

Since there are two tags that say "Happy Valentine's Day" and "Be my Valentine" you could also make them for the kids or family and friends.  All you need is your favorite glue/adhesive, a small pice of foil, twine and a Hershey Kiss! 

 We trimmed the end of the pencil wrap with some pinking shears but that is totally optional.  You could add other embellishments if you like. The finishing touch to this pencil is a chocolate kiss that's glued to the bottom of the roll/pkg. Attach the tag and you're done!

 You can put each chocolate pencil individually in a pretzel bag if you like. (pretzel bags are available at most craft stores) We added a decorative ribbon just below the silver band.  Wrapping them like this also makes it easy to put into a cute Valentine container.  Embellish them however you like. They're definitely going to be appreciated!

Find a cute box to put them in. You could enclose the pencils and the box within a cellophane bag too, if you like.
