{Halloween} Last Minute, Quick and Easy for the Kids

The plate is easy too. All you need here is a black plate and paper. Don't worry if you don't have a crimper--it will still look great!

How simple is this? Just cut out a face from black cardstock, get a festive straw and you've got this.
