Love this children's Thanksgiving tablescape. There's a tutorial for the napkins but the good news is....you can purchase the printables. So cute! The banner in the background is included. Did you notice how they used butcher paper for the tablecloth and cut the edges to look like fringe? Now the kids can color on their tablecloth or design their own placemat inside the square. (Will keep them busy for a little while) She used a cardboard cake round for the base of the tree-pick these up at Michaels or a bakery supply shop.
Cute tag for the crayon container and a band for the napkins
Just a side note: This very cute Thanksgiving kids table printable was just included in the winter's issue of Yum! For Kids. Now you know it's very cool! Good for you Frog Prince Paperie!
Here's some cute leaves to put on a Thankful Tree? Head on over to Pebbles in My Pocket and get 36 assorted leaves. You could make your own Thankful tree---Gather up some twigs/small limbs from the yard, spray paint them brown and put them in a vase/jar with some green foam/styrofoam in it. Cover the with moss, crinkle paper, small stones or anything you've got on hand and you've got your own version of this very cute idea! Best of all you can make it as large or as small s you want.
You could also make a "Thankful" Banner with the leaves from Pebbles in my Pocket .
This tablescape is totally different than the one above but still very cute....and it's Free!
What a great way to display the crayons--a nice tail for the turkey.
