{Freebie} Fun Halloween treat bags & toppers plus Party Printables

We've gathered up some really fun Halloween Treat bag toppers, whether you make them to give out on Halloween night or you're taking them to a school party or just for your personal Halloween party....you're going to need one of these.

 I scored yesterday when my daughter found this Drippy Goo paper punch at JoAnn's! (I had already looked with no success)  If you look closely you'll see the paper is cut as if something is dripping. It's a Martha Stewart paper punch. Perfect for a treat bag topper. You can also purchase it online at amazon.com
