{Recipe} Adam's Scary Candy Apple-Amazing!

Stumbled upon the perfect candied apple for Halloween I love the dark, almost black color of these apples. They are called "Adam's Scary Candy Apples"  This is what Adam Pearson, (Food Stylist)  says about which apple to choose when making this candy apple.

 

" Lighter colored apples (Granny Smith, Golden Delicious) work well in making the red appear bright and glassy; darker apples like red delicious help the black candy appear as dark as possible"
